The layout of the building on the site, we mark two very different areas of activity, a linear block of houses to building which houses the homes of 3 bedrooms and a corridor roughly parallel with the former divided by the longitudinal space, the last piece is turned over to the back of the dividing wall that moves away through a series of proprietary patios, thereby resulting homes are also double ventilation and natural lighting on both fronts.
The image of the building attempts to create an exterior that fits completely to the environment (classical facade with all its elements defining ledges, railings, arched openings campanela ..., while the facades to the free space, trying to create a landscape more lovely, colorful and bright to house a common area that is truly recreational, use and enjoyment of the community, with the use of color in the facade elements get the image to be achieved at low cost.
We propose a multi-family residential building of 3 storeys to 41 houses, with two vertical cores of communication (2 steps), and an elevator (with opening planned for the future location of a second cabin).
