Dos Hermanas house

House building with garage.

Sierra de Aracena street. Dos Hermanas (Seville)

The initial architectonic proposal scheme is based on two parallel longitudinal pieces with a lineal intermediate passage, which after sliding one over another, create an exterior porch area on the plot corner, and a private patio on the lower corner opposite to its diagonal.

This way, it is appreciated in the dwelling a public area with windows on the facade, and a private area with windows to the patio.

The dinning room is the core where all the rooms end up, since it is situated in the house centre, with a double height area and open to the staircase, the hall to the upper gallery, and it is as well an obligatory way to enter the kitchen.

The upper floor is planned in a similar way with gallery arranging the rooms.

The building project is a house with semi-basement garage, which is arranged as follows:

Ground floor

• Kitchen; living room with front porch; dinning room; bathroom and patio

Second floor

• 3 bedrooms; 1 bathroom; laundry room with terrace

The parking with warehouse is placed on the semi-basement floor, which gets advantage of the street level, using only a part of the plot of land.
