Trace Houses

New plant works for 23 homes, garages and storage rooms,

C/ Rastro, 32. Seville

The plot is geographically located in the city of Seville, on the perimeter of its historic center and more specifically in its eastern sector, between the Murillo Gardens and the San Bernardo neighborhood. The façade facing Rastro street has a northeast orientation with a total length of 11.75  meters.

The urban environment in which we find ourselves is typical of the historic center of Seville with mostly three-storey houses and old buildings except for a few specific cases. Opposite the plot is the headquarters of the Provincial Council of Seville.

A building between party walls is proposed with a modern design but in keeping with the nearby and characteristic buildings of the area.

It is a multi-family building with garages and storage rooms.

It consists of a ground floor, first, second and tower, in which 23 homes with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms are distributed, which are distributed around a large central patio. There are two vertical communication cores and the distribution in common areas is carried out through galleries in some homes, and closed common areas in others.

It also has two floors below ground level for use as garages and storage rooms.

A small community swimming pool is placed on the headframe floor.
