Roman and Canivell| architects

Commissioned by the King of Spain to accommodate international dignitaries during the 1929 exposition, the Hotel Alfonso XIII remains an emblematic cultural landmark, located in the historic center of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, next to the Reales Alcázares and the cathedral. of Sevilla. Following a major renovation, completed in 2012, the hotel's distinguished architecture and Moorish details have been enriched and now display Andalusian heritage and design fit for the new generation of travellers.

In this special building,  we carried out   throughout the year 2016 and 2017, different interventions:

- complete renovation of bathrooms in several rooms of the hotel.

- Reform of rooms to adapt them to current regulations, with the creation of new junior suites.

- Reforms in the reception area, with replacement of the existing furniture.

- Adaptation of the premises attached to the entrance of the hotel (former hairdressing salon), for a specialized store in  wines and decf58d.

We are currently working on adapting a specialized reception area for event clients.
