The works object of the project include the construction give 54 attached housings and 10 semidetached housings  with basement for all the attached housings and independent squares and lumber rooms in basement for the semidetached housings_cc781905 -136bad5cf58d_ and parkings in surface. also they consist of free common space to all the housings with zone of swimming pool and children's games.

6 sets of housings are defined:

Block 1    13 attached housings

Block 2    12 attached housings

Block 3    10 attached housings

Block 4     7 attached housings

Block 5    10 semidetached housings

Block 6    12 attached housings

1,2 3, 4 and 6 develop two similar typologies of housing in the sets. They all correspond to attached housings, the sets 2, 3 and 6 i know they distribute in straight line with stepp between the housings, and the sets 1 and 4 in curve of circumference, with removed housings.

In both blocks there exist two types of housing, the main one gives 3 bedrooms (51), and the rest always placed in the ends of the pieces give 4 bedrooms (3).

The set 5 i know it composes each one gives 5 pieces of two semidetached housings, be all the same way in both ends exists a different type gives 5 bedrooms (8), whereas the rest is give 4 bedrooms (2).

All the typologies of proposed housings are completed by private gardens and basement of services and garage functionally linked to the housings.
