New works for 2 dwellings and commercial premises between medians in Pagés del Corro street, 31, Seville

It is a building between medians, on the corner, with two boundaries to public roads, 4 storeys high, consisting of ground, first, second and attic recessed on front lines, and a floor below grade.

The ground floor have a commercial premises and common areas and service access to the building. Since the common areas on the ground floor is accessible to local. In the longer mediator boundary lies the courtyard, which is open at both floor areas, communication nucleus composed of vertical lift and stairs, and local.

Once entering the building, vertical communication gives us access to the basement, where there are two storage rooms (one per home), bed facility serving the building and a shop belonging to the space which has a ladder for their own internal communication.
