Roman and Canivell| architects

The construction of forty-six homes, parking spaces and storage rooms is intended, with a type of housing in an exempt block: three buildings each three stories high. The buildings are similar (block 1 and 2 symmetrical, and block 3 with 1 more dwelling per floor) except on the ground floor, which in block 1 and 2 has one less dwelling each to house a larger type of dwelling, some facilities rooms and some arcades for common use. Thus, the number of homes is distributed in 14 in blocks 1 and 2 and 18 in block 3.

None of the buildings has a proper portal, accessing the stairwells at the ends of the blocks and the elevator in the center of the blocks, and distributing communications through a common gallery open to the outside.

The projected houses are of three types, the extreme ones with three bedrooms (T1 and T3), and the central ones with two bedrooms (T2).

In blocks 1 and 2 there are 3 centrals (T2) per floor (only 2 in pt baja), and in block 3 there are 4 centrals (T2) per floor, making a total of 46._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_ 16 type 1 dwellings (3d), 28 type 2 dwellings (2d) and 2 type 3 dwellings (3d).

The construction of a community pool located between the blocks, in the center of the plot and on an intermediate level platform is projected. Next to the pool are the purification room and the toilets for the pool, as well as a multipurpose room with a terrace.

The rooms for meters, both electrical and hydraulic, are located on the ground floor, and the rest of the community facilities are located at the basement level. In the basement, a cistern per building is also projected to supply the fire BIES with its corresponding pressure group. 

A total of 53 parking spaces and 46 storage rooms are projected.
