Roman and Canivell Architects SLP is a team of professionals prepared to offer aComprehensive Architecture and Urbanism Serviceof quality throughout the project development process and construction monitoring.

This company was born from two independent architects who came together to form a multidisciplinary group. The objective is to develop any architectural challenge, expanding the field of action so that it is not limited to the project and construction management, but rather encompasses the entire process of a real estate development from its birth to its end.

Throughout the last 20 years we have developed a great competence inNew Plant Residential Projects, which has helped us to achieve a high level of perfection when proposing any type of needs program(more than 1000 homes designed).

Román y Canivell Arquitectos has specialized in AResidential architecture y within this field in theSingular Housing Rehabilitation (more than 60 actions in buildings cataloged in the conjunto historical of Seville). In this sense, the master's degrees in Architecture and Historical Heritage have been essential to complete the experience gained in specialized training withArchitectural Rehabilitation.

During all this time, our company has been carrying out continuous work oriented towards theIntegrated Project Management, reaching today, certified technicians such asProject Manager Professional (PMP)® for theProject Management International (PMI)®.

In this process, which begins with the architectural project, we seek a commitment that we consider essential:The sustainability. For this reason, we have advanced in technical training to obtain certification BREEAM® EN.

An essential rule in our team is the permanent update in terms of all the tools that support the design. In this sense, our studio develops all its projects in an environmentBIM(building information modelling).
