The houses on which the reform will be carried out date from the 19th century, with protection level "D" and are located on a rectangular plot.

The building consists of a basement for parking and storage rooms, and a ground, first and second floor for homes.

Of the 13 projected homes, 9 face the façade, and all are duplex.

The general scheme is on the ground floor and attic, living rooms and kitchens and on the first floor bedrooms of both houses. In this way, the houses on the ground floor with living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, have the main bedroom on the first floor, facing the façade.

As for the houses with living room and kitchen on the attic floor (with access on said floor), they have the three bedrooms on the first floor with the master bedroom facing the patio. With this distribution we managed to eliminate the distribution gallery on the first floor (avoiding the easement with the bedrooms), thus freeing up the free space since the accesses to the houses are through the ground and second floors.

The rest of the houses are also distributed with access from the ground floor (interior apartments) or from the second floor (duplex).
