The works that are the object of the project include the construction of 54 semi-detached houses and 10 semi-detached houses with a basement below ground level for all semi-detached houses and independent parking spaces and storage rooms in the basement for semi-detached houses and surface parking.

They also consist of free space common to all homes with a pool area and children's play area.

Two similar types of housing are developed in the sets  1, 2, 3, 4 and 6. All correspond to attached houses, sets 2, 3 and 6 are distributed in a straight line with staggering between the dwellings, and sets 1 and 4 in a circumferential curve, with radiated dwellings.

In both blocks there are two types of housing, the main one with 3 bedrooms (51), and the rest always located at the ends of the rooms with 4 bedrooms (3).

Set 5 is made up of 5 rooms with two walled houses each, in the same way at both ends there is a different type of 5 bedrooms (8), while the rest is 4 bedrooms (2).

​

All the proposed housing typologies are complemented by private gardens and a utility basement and garage functionally linked to the dwellings.
