Two similar typologies are developed, type A 4-bedroom homes always located at the ends of the blocks and type B and C with 3 bedrooms. All the proposed housing typologies are complemented by private gardens.
FREE SPACES
The urbanization of these free spaces is foreseen in two clearly differentiated ways:
- The pedestrian accesses to the houses, which are located in the front area of the plot, where the tiled areas prevail.
- The interior and rear of the plot, where the vegetation will be of medium size, the grass areas are larger and the paths will be made with pieces that combine paving and grass.
The swimming pool and spaces for children's play are located in this area.
HOUSEHOLDS
The house also tries to adapt and maintains its most private use area, (living room) towards the private garden and the kitchen area towards the entrances.
The program developed by the house responds to a current type of life that requires spacious, open-plan spaces that are flexible in their use. Homes for habitual use, not second residences, are projected. That is why good qualities are chosen, a very complete housing program and generous spaces and surfaces.
