Saint Dominic Savio 

Project for a building with 4 dwellings and a business premises.

13 Santo Domingo Savio street, Seville

This multi-family building consisting of 4 dwellings and a commercial premises is located in Santo Domingo Savio street, in Seville.

​

The objective of the project is the construction of a newly-designed building with 5 different heights (Ground floor + 4). In each one of them we have one dwelling, except for the dwelling numer 1, which is on the first floor but it has a bedroom on the ground floor too. On that ground floor we also suggest placing a business premisse. 

 

All of the dwellings have a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms, except the dwelling number 1 which has 3 bedrooms. 

​

The access to the shared areas from each one of the dwellings it´s solved by stairs and a gallery, both of them open to the courtyard.
