This 7 dwellings building in Redes street is the result of a reform project of a building which is protected with D category (Biased protection. Level 2)

The building it's divided by a party wall, which is, at the same time, the symmetry axis. Two courtyards are located on this axis, and they are surrounded by two dwellings.

It is a multi-family building with two dwellings on each floor, except the second floor which has three duplex dwellings taking up the attic floor surface. 

All of the dwellings can be accessed from Redes street and through a linear centered hall.
