Roman and Canivell| architects

It is a multi-family building between party walls, whose plot is on the corner of Guadiana and Mencheta streets in the city of Seville. Its main access is via Calle Guadiana, No. 26.

The plot has an irregular shape and has an area of 65.36 m². With approximately 10.91 meters of façade to C/ Guadiana, and 7.71 to C/ Mencheta. It consists of 3 floors and a tower.

In the reform it is carried out the complete demolition of the headframe and roof storage rooms for its reconstruction, waterproofing and implementation of new interior and exterior coatings and paints, as well as the replacement of new carpentry and locksmith shops. There was also the lifting of the existing flooring on the roof for its replacement with waterproofing and insulation. The position of the sump was modified. In the areas with the greatest rust stains, the joists were underpinned by other joists welded to the bottom and  a false ceiling was placed to hide them. Finally, the facilities that affect the reformed area were modified.
