The building is implanted on two plots belonging to the same owner: number 2 and number 4 on Calle Harinas. The possibility of joining both plots promotes the development of this project with a greater number of homes.

In this renovation project, what is considered relevant from the pre-existing building is preserved, which in this case was the facade of the building, since the interior, in addition to its state of deterioration, did not present_cc781905 -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_special interest, and did not meet the requirements for a multi-family residential building. 

Therefore, the placement of the stair core is modified, also including the elevator and facilitating access to each of the dwellings.

The interior layout also varies significantly, which due to current needs  vary both in dimensions and in location inside the home, avoiding small wet areas, as well as passage rooms.

In the distributions of the houses there is a clear separation in their distributions, between the day zone and the night zone: la zona  from day to the façade and the night area to the patio.
