Building remodeling between party wall for 19 dwellings, commercial premises, garages and warehouses on 29-33 Campamento Street, Seville

This Project suggests the replacement of almost the entire tenement building, but preserving all the major elements with regard to its original purpose, shape and location. A residential building is proposed with one or two-bedroom dwellings, with access form the inside gallery, with a wide and central common area, that along with the common corridors improves the relationship between neighbors, a typical characteristic of this type of building.

The building consists of a basement floor with parking spaces and warehouses, ground, first, second and penthouse floors with dwellings. From the 19 dwellings projected, 15 present windows to the facade and 4 present windows to the inside patio. In addition, the second floor dwellings are structured as duplex.
