Roman and Canivell| architects

It is an already consolidated residential area  next to the well-known Nervión neighborhood. It is located on a large plot that has been vacated by demolished equipment, and which is equipped with green spaces and sports and socio-cultural equipment.

The U-shaped distribution of the plot is proposed, mainly to achieve the double orientation of the houses and also to turn the common free space towards the public green area attached to its south façade. In this way, we take advantage of the wide views and the sunlight that it provides us.
