Rehabilitation of a single-family home between medians.

C/ Daoiz, 11. Seville

The house on which the reform will be carried out, dates from the last century, being a Protected building with Category C, Protection Grade 1.

 

The architectural proposal aims to preserve what is considered relevant, in this case practically the entire structural scheme of the house, patios, galleries, façade, and the location and shape of the stairs.

A work area on the ground floor and a garage for one vehicle are included in the use program. The rest of the program is distributed in general terms, the day area on the first floor, the night area on the second floor and the leisure and guest area linked to the terrace in the attic.

The distribution of the house is as follows:

Low level

- Zaguán that gives pedestrian access to the garage; Main playground; backyard

First floor

- Living room, on the main façade; dining room facing the main patio; kitchen; job; laundry room and toilet to the backyard

Second floor

- Master bedroom with dressing room; rest of bedrooms; be or study; two existing bathrooms on this floor are located at both ends of the gallery

Penthouse floor

- Space for leisure and living; terraces, one of which with a small pool; bedroom with bathroom for potential guests.

The house, except for the inclusion of the elevator part and redistribution of rooms, maintains the original character, spaces and routes.
