GALIA tower. Hytasal
Contest for promotion of office tower in ARI-DS-03 Hytasal. Seville.
The building of the offer arises after the analysis and study from each and every from the requirements of the promoter, to give response to them and in turn obtains an architectural coherent intervention with the aims of the special plan that affects him, that fundamentally tries to qualify a zone of the city degraded by the industry that to the passage of time has remained integrated to the city. For it we try to generate a singular building, in which in turn it is answered to other parameters as the functionality, the design and the quality, but that reminds with his image the industrial origin of the zone.
One proposes a building destined for office sale, where the definite uses are: modules of offices, business premises in ground floor and basement for parkings and lumber rooms with possible use of low low file.
It tries to manage permeability of the apple by means of the porches proposed in ground floor, to join peatonalmente the free resultant spaces, to guarantee his use and with it his qualification, generating a commercial district activates.
In order not to give the back to the above mentioned free spaces, i build it is constructed in corner, overturning his main faces to both squares that surround it, they meeting on it use and life.
The building is conceived like i exempt, being born of a base in touch with the buildings adjacent to porches, which human scale tries to give to the spaces of tour, whereas with the exempt building in height it tries to appear to the environment and to generate a modern image of the new city that arises in this urban development intervention.
We arrange the building in three tablets forming a scheme of comb, to obtain with it three important lenses.
