The current Reforming Project of termination of Rehabilitation works compiles the condition in which the construction was, it reflects and cuantifies all of the consignments still to be carried out in order to get a new bid to complete what was needed to finish it.

For that purpose we took the original project made by the architect D. Alberto Patón Contreras as a starting point. Because of this, everything regarding the land regulation compliance, municipal ordinances and accessibility, didn´t undergo any changes, being the original project and it´s approval, the one which ruled until the end of the case.
