This 7 dwellings building in Redes street is the result from a reform project of a building which is protected with D cathegory (Biased protection. Level 2)

The building it´s divided by a party wall, which is, at the same time, the symmetry axis. Two courtyards are located in this axis, and they are surrounded by two dwellings.

It is a multi-family building with two dwellings in each floor, except the second floor which has three duplex dwellings taking up the attic floor surface. 

All of the dwellings can be accessed to from Redes street and through a linear centered hall.
