Roman and Canivell| architects

It is  a building between dividing of 4 floors of height, consisting of the ground, first floor, second and attic.

The building belongs to one of the sectors of the Historical Center that still they lack Special Plan, for it the interventions that there propose themselves not change the elements that are considered important and singular in this typology, since they are: front, court, stairs and cover, as marks his current degree of protection 2 in the in force PGOU.

Only a one-family housing not used for time is tried to put in use, but that thinks about a solid and stable building, that only it needs an adjustment to the new family that is going to live it, both in interior distribution and in modernization and putting in the day of the coatings, carpentries and facilities.

With it the project supports the scheme that nowadays presents the building, where the element protagonist continues being the court close to which the development of the stairs takes place for vertical communication.
