Roman and Canivell| architects

Commissioned by the King of Spain to accommodate the international dignitaries during the 1929 exhibition, the Hotel Alfonso XIII remains an emblematic cultural landmark, located in the historic center of the Santa Cruz district, next to the Reales Alcázares and the Cathedral of Seville. After an important renovation, completed in 2012, the hotel's distinguished architecture and Moorish details have been enriched and now show an Andalusian heritage and design suitable for the new generation of travelers.

In this special building, we carried out different interventions throughout 2016 and 2017:

-Complete bathroom reform in several rooms of the hotel.

- Reform of rooms to adapt them to current regulations, with the creation of new junior suites.

- Reforms in the reception area, with replacement of existing furniture. - Adjustment of the annex to the hotel entrance (former hairdressing salon), for a shop specializing in wines and delicatessen.

We are currently working on the adaptation of a specialized reception area for event clients.
