The architectonic proposal attempts to maintain what is considered significant, in this particular case almost the whole structural scheme, patios, galleries, facades and the stairs shape and location.
On the ground floor a working area and a one parking space is projected. In general terms the rest of the dwelling is structured with the living area on the first floor and the night area on the second floor and on the penthouse floor the recreational area and the guest room, connected to the terrace.

First floor
- Living room with windows to the facade, dinning room to the main patio; kitchen; breakfast room; laundry room and small bathroom to rear patio
