House remodelling between party walls on 11 Daoiz Street, Seville

The reforming dwelling was built on the last century, it is a protected building with C type, Protection Degree 1. The architectonic proposal attempts to maintain what is considered significant, in this particular case almost the whole structural scheme, patios, galleries, facades and the stairs shape and location.

On the ground floor a working area and a one parking space is projected. In general terms the rest of the dwelling is structured with the living area on the first floor and the night area on the second floor and on the penthouse floor the recreational area and the guest room, connected to the terrace.

The dwelling scheme is the following:

Ground floor

-Entrance-hall with pedestrian access to the garage; main patio; rear patio

First floor

- Living room with windows to the facade, dinning room to the main patio; kitchen; breakfast room; laundry room and small bathroom to rear patio

Second floor

- Master room with dressing room; the other bedrooms; study room; two bathrooms at both sides of the gallery

Penthouse floor

- Recreational area and living room: terraces, one of them with a small water tank, guest bedroom with bathroom

The dwelling, except from the insertion of the elevator unit and rooms relocation, maintains its original character, areas and corridors.
