Roman and Canivell| architects

It is an intervention on the first floor of an existing building, with a façade facing two streets, 6 and 4 storeys high.

On the ground floor there is a commercial premises still unused and the common access and service areas of the building. From the common areas on the ground floor (with access from Calle Amador de los Ríos) you can access the basement for parking from Calle Arroyo. In the center of the building, there are two patios of 33 and 48 m2, which organize the change from 6 to 4 floors of the building complex.

The first floor is currently occupied by 3 offices and common space for toilets. The 3 offices are of the same property, and it is the area affected by the reform that is proposed.

The interior redistribution of the first floor of the building is proposed, without any variation in the facades, neither in the street nor in the courtyard.

Only the interior spaces are redistributed to locate 5 2-bedroom homes, with living rooms always facing the facades of the building, open kitchens and bedrooms opening onto the patio. On this floor, the patios are accessible from the common areas of the building and passable on the first floor.
