One is the premises in gross that are going away to adapt to turn it the Komo Restaurant. The performance will be only on inner distributions, facilities and coatings, without touching the existing structure.

The restaurant is distributed in a single plant with three differentiated zones: it cooks, main access and it sweeps of drinks and dining room. The main facade is in the street Juan de Zoyas, with the door located in the central zone of this facade, dividing to both sides the zone of dining room and the kitchen (to which Thrown Fernando can be acceded directly from the street).

In front of the entrance, we were a zone of reception, sweeps and zone of drinks, that receives the companion at table.

To the bottom of the zone of dining room, at heart of the premises the toilets are located, and next to them a deprived zone of office of private use.
